By way of reminder, Day # 2’s Idea was shared physical activity with the family. Yesterday before dinner my family played two-hand touch football (don’t say anything, but my wife took a fall after my daughter tagged her….my daughter felt quite guilty…no worries, my wife got up like the champ she is), Wiffle ball, and basketball.
It was a ton of fun and it was a reminder that I need to get in even better shape.
